His practice spans buy-side and sell-side M&A, corporate reorganizations, private equity and venture capital deals, strategic divestitures, and the structuring of sophisticated shareholder and corporate arrangements, serving controlling and minority shareholders, investment funds, and C-level executives across public and privately held companies in Brazil and abroad.

Executive compensation is a further area of concentration: he structures equity-based long-term incentive arrangements, including stock option plans (SOPs), restricted stock units (RSUs), and phantom shares.
