With more than thirty years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, Carlos Motta provides strategic advice to controlling and minority shareholders, C-level executives, boards of directors, advisory and strategic boards, and institutional investors, across public and privately held companies at every stage of maturity and expansion.

Guilherme Tranquillini

Guilherme Tranquillini brings more than twenty years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private equity/venture capital, and corporate governance to some of the market’s most complex transactions. His practice spans buy-side and sell-side M&A, corporate reorganizations, private equity and venture capital deals, strategic divestitures, and the structuring of sophisticated shareholder and corporate arrangements, serving controlling and minority shareholders, investment funds, and C-level executives across public and privately held companies in Brazil and abroad.
